What we can help with
- Extension setup, filtering, and credit questions;
- subscription cancellation, duplicate charges, and refund requests;
- privacy access, correction, or deletion requests; and
- requests for the operator's business address and telephone number under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
For address or telephone disclosure, state that the request is for the commercial transaction disclosure. The information will be provided without delay by email and with enough time to review it before purchasing.
Response time
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Urgent payment-security concerns are prioritized, but Squish does not provide emergency support.
